Transaction Overview – The borrower needed funds to complete the construction of a new dispensary/provisioning center in Kalamazoo, MI
Significance of Transaction – Since the property was already under construction, the borrower needed to close and fund quickly.
Seed To Sale Funding’s role – We structured a construction/bridge loan for the borrower, on an interest only basis, thereby conserving cash flow to fund start up working capital. We closed the loan in 28 days from the receipt of a complete application. This allowed the borrower to meet its scheduled opening date in early September.
